Complete the registration process by filling in the required fields and clicking the NEXT button at the bottom of each page until the registration form is complete and you click the SUBMIT button.
How do I register for a NOW University NOW RETAILER ONLY course?You must be an active NOW Retailer (or employee of a NOW Retailer) with a valid NOW Customer number and store information to enroll in the NOW RETAILER ONLY courses.
On the
REGISTRATION PAGE, click the orange REGISTER button next to the NOW RETAILER ONLY course you wish to register for. When the "Pop-Up window opens, begin the registration process by checking the appropriate radio button:

What if I don't know my NOW Customer Number or store information? If you are the employee of a NOW retailer, you will need to get your NOW Customer number from your employer or by calling your NOW Foods sales representative.

Is there a Fee to take a NOW University Course?
Not many things in life are FREE, but online courses at NOW University are always FREE. There is no registration or enrollment fee of any kind to take the NOW University courses, but REGISTRATION is required.
REQUIRED BOOKS
Does each course require the separate purchase of a book?
Most of the NOW University courses DO NOT require the separate purchase of book for completion of the course. In most cases, the course content is available for download online in PDF format.
There are only three courses that require the separate purchase of the a book for successful completion of the course. Book prices range from about $6.00(USD) to $15.00(USD). To find out if a book is required, go to the REGISTER page on this website, see the BOOK column. A BUY BOOK button is also available for your convenience if you are required to purchase a book.
GETTING STARTED
How do I start a course once I am registered?After you have successfully registered for a NOW University course, click the
GET STARTED link at the top of the web page. Click the link for the course for which you are registered. Enter the email address and password that you created at registration. Follow the instructions on the course outline page.
PASSWORDS
What are the requirements to create a NOW University password?
Your password must contain at least 6 letters or 6 numbers or a combination of at least 6 letters and numbers.
How do I change my Password?Click the
MY ACCOUNT button at the top of the
www.now-university.com website. Login and click the "Change Password" link.
What if I forgot my password?Click the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? link on the login page. This will allow you to reset your NOW University password.
Can I access the NOW University FREE lectures if I am not enrolled at NOW University?
Absolutely! If you are not enrolled in any NOW University courses, you can still access the FREE NOW University pre-recorded
Lectures. Go to the
Lectures page and click the Sign Up button to create your login ID and password. Once your create your ID and password, use the same login ID and password when registering for all events or
educational courses at NOW University.
