Coconut Date Balls
Ingredients
2 cups dried dates, pitted
1 cup NOW Real Food® Walnuts*
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Organic Flax Seed Meal*
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Coconut*
  1. Grind the walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Add the dates and the flax meal and process until the mixture forms a ball.
  3. Roll into walnut-sized balls. As you form the balls, press some coconut flakes into the surface. 

Note: If the mixture is dry, you can add some water, juice, or honey until it’s moist enough to hold together. This recipe is also good with apricots and almonds. The balls also freeze well.
