Ten-Minute Peanut Bars
Ingredients
1 cup raw or roasted peanuts
1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger (Frontier Ginger Powder)
2 Tbsp. NOW Sesame Seeds*
1 cup raisins (Tree of Life Raisins)
2 Tbsp. honey (Some Honey)

*NOW ingredients available at your local health food store.

Grind all ingredients, except the honey, in a food processor until fairly fine, but still having some texture (it should not be the consistency of peanut butter). Add honey and process just long enough for it to blend in. Press into a square pan and refrigerate for at least an hour.  Cut into 2-inch squares.

Makes 12 bars.
