This tasty dressing can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container or glass jar in the refrigerator.

| 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard |
| 6 Tbsp. NOW Agave Nectar* |
| 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (from 2 lemons) |
| 6 Tbsp. fresh orange juice (from 1 1/2 oranges) |
| 6 Tbsp. NOW Extra Virgin Olive Oil* |
| 1 Tbsp. kosher salt (Celtic) |
| 1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper |
*NOW ingredients available at your local health food store.
1. Whisk together mustard, agave nectar, lemon juice, and orange juice in a medium bowl.
2. While whisking, slowly drizzle in olive oil and then whisk in salt and pepper.
3. Pour vinaigrette into an airtight container or glass jar and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
Makes about 2 cups.
