Soy Nut Trail Mix
Ingredients
2 cups NOW Soy Nuts
1/2 cup NOW Raw, Hulled Sunflower Seeds
1 cup dried apple pieces
1 cup dried blueberries or cranberries, or a mixture
1/4 to 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup NOW Raw Pumpkin Seeds

 

 
Thoroughly mix all ingredients.  Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
 
Makes 5 cups.
 
Per 1/4 cup serving: 163 Calories, 8g Total Fat, 2g Saturated Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 8g Protein, 17g Carbohydrates, 4g Fiber, 8mg Sodium
